CPU Food Production Manager

A crucial and integral role has opened up at TGFC’s Central Production Unit (CPU) for a Food Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations at the heartbeat of the company, servicing all the contract, retail and cafe requirements.


Appropriate Candidate has…

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a mass food production kitchen / CPU at managerial level. (International Experience preferential)
  • International exposure to the packaged food industry (both retail and production elements)
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of HACCP
  • QHSE management level awareness

Cafeteria & Site Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within TGFC for a Cafeteria & Site Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations at one of the company’s key contracts.


Appropriate Candidate has…

  • Degree in Hotel Management & Catering or applicable Culinary Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an 80+ seater upmarket high pressure restaurant & 2 years experience working at Managerial Level in high volume Hotel / Buffet service Restaurant (100+ covers)
  • Experience as a chef is beneficial but not compulsory
  • Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Developing Budgets
  • Good Customer Focus skills
